Mattie's Call canceled for missing 73-year-old

Authorities said Janice Gordon has been found.

RIVERDALE, Ga. — Update: Georgia State Patrol said the Mattie's Call has been canceled on behalf of the Riverdale Police Department in reference to Janice Gordon. Gordon has been found.

Riverdale Police are asking for the public to be on the lookout for a missing woman, last seen Monday afternoon. 

The City of Riverdale Police Department said Janice Gordon went missing around 2 p.m. Nov. 18, at her home off Summit Lane in Riverdale. The department issued a Mattie's Call, an emergency missing alert for disabled or elderly persons.

Police describe Gordon as a 73-year-old woman who is about 5'4" tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown eyes, with salt-and-pepper hair. 

Authorities said Gordon has been diagnosed with dementia. 

Police said the 73-year-old is driving a white-colored 2009 Toyota RAV4 with the Georgia license plate AXF9848.
