Mildred Ashe missing from her home in Gwinnett County found

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Police in Gwinnett County said they are looking for an elderly woman reported missing by her family.

Family members told investigators they have not seen or heard from 80-year-old Mildred Ashe and that her car is missing from her driveway.

They said this is unusual behavior for her. The family is concerned because Mildred has a medical condition which requires her to have constant access to medical assistance.

Mildred is described as a black female standing about 5-feet-5-inches tall, and weighing about 154 pounds. She was last seen wearing a wig which may be amber or brown in color.

She drives a blue 2009 Honda Accord with an unknown license plate.

Authorities said they do not suspect any foul play in connection with Mildred's disappearance at this point, but they said it is important to locate her so that her health and safety may be verified.
