GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Gwinnett Police say they have found a missing 13-year-old boy with special needs who wandered away from home on Sunday evening.
He went missing around 6:30 p.m. It's unclear where or how, but police announced around 11 p.m. that he was found safe and unharmed. He has since been reunited with his family and the search canceled.
