Teen last seen in Oconee County neighborhood still missing

Investigators say 17-year-old Julia Mann was last seen in the Rowan Oak subdivision

OCONEE COUNTY, Ga. — The Oconee County Sheriff's Office is on the lookout for a missing 17-year-old girl.

The sheriff's office said on Saturday Julia Mann was last seen off Rocky Branch Road in the Rowan Oak Subdivision but had few details on the circumstances of her disappearance, whether they consider it suspicious or if they believe Mann left on her own.

By Sunday afternoon, they reissued their alert telling the public that they are still looking for the 17-year-old. Mann is described as being about 5 feet 3 inches tall and about 100 pounds. The Sheriff's office didn't release a description of her clothing at the last time she was seen.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the sheriff's office at 706-769-3945 or email Investigator G. Sanders at gsanders@oconeesheriff.org.
