GORDON COUNTY, Ga. — The Gordon County Sheriff's Office is asking for help finding a missing 56-year-old man, who hasn't been seen in more than a day. 

According to the sheriff's office, Robert Shane Reeves was reported missing by family members.

Family said they last saw him at his home off Covington Lane Thursday morning, and police found his vehicle off State Route 293 later that night. 

The sheriff's Office said both Emerson and Bartow County authorities have conducted an extensive search for Reeves in the surrounding area, but have not found any clues. 

Reeves is described as a white man who is 6 feet tall and weighs 230 pounds. He is bald with no facial hair.

Anyone who has seen Reeves is asked to call 911 or the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office at 706-629-1244.
