UPDATE: The Georgia Bureau of Investigation confirms investigators recovered Julie Mosier's car and body from inside a pond near the intersection of Parhamtown Road and U.S. Hwy 172 in Elbert County. The case is being turned over to the Department of Public Safety and will be investigated as an auto accident.Original story follows below.

MADISON COUNTY, Ga. -- Julie Mosier left a residence in Danielsville, Ga. around 5 a.m. on July 12. The 18-year-old hasn't been seen or heard from since then.

The Danielsville Police Department is now asking for help in locating the teen.

According to police, Mosier was last seen driving a black 1994 Chevrolet Lumina with fading paint, a broken front turn signal and the tag #RHR5983.

A surveillance camera caught Mosier traveling north on Highway 29 near Irvin Kirk Road around 5:14 a.m.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is also asking for assistance in locating Mosier.

She's described as standing 5'5", weighs around 125 pounds and has blonde hair and green eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the GBI at 706-552-2309.
