Missing Sandy Springs woman located

The Sandy Springs Police Department said Thelma Ferguson has been located.

SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. — UPDATE:  The Sandy Springs Police Department said Thelma Ferguson has been located by detectives in Ohio.

"Ms. Ferguson is well and has reunited with her family," they added. 

Her daughter, former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Sheree Whitfield thanked people on social media for all of their prayers.

It's been more than two weeks since family has seen Thelma Ferguson. Now police are hoping the public can help them find her.

Sandy Springs Police said Ferguson was last seen on March 23 leaving her home in Sandy Springs.

Police said she may be driving a gray 2009 Honda Accord with the Georgia license plate: RMZ5773. She was last seen wearing gray pants and a black shirt.

According to police, Ferguson has ties to both Ohio and California. 

Anyone who has seen her, or knows where she may be, is asked to call Sandy Springs Police detectives at 770-551-6923.
