ATLANTA -- It's one of the bonus parts of getting married -- registering for the items you hope to receive and then use for your new life together. Kristin Klingshirn, a member of Q100's The Bert Show is flipping the traditional wedding registry on its head.

Klingshirn and her fiancé Bart Mattingly have donated their entire registry to Bert’s Big Adventure, the non profit that gives chronic and terminally ill children and their families a magical five day all expenses paid trip to Disney World each year. Kristin has been part of Bert’s Big Adventure for five years, accompanying the children and their families on the trips, so it’s a cause that is very close to her heart.

With the help of some Bert’s Big Adventure kids, Kristin and Bart registered at Target, their registry filled toys and items coveted by the children and their families.

Kristin has received a nationwide response to her registry. Each night, she and Bart do a Facebook live event, opening hundreds of boxes sent from around the country.

So far, they’ve received over 2700 gifts for Bert’s Big Adventure. To buy from their registry, click here.
