Late-night car chase ends in the arrest of four teens

Forsyth County Sheriff's Deputies chased suspects after they abandon their car.

CUMMING, Ga. — Four teens are now behind bars after leading deputies on a car chase in Forsyth County.

The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office says the chase began after deputies in the traffic unit recorded a vehicle speeding on GA-400. According to authorities, the Silver Dodge Charger wouldn't pull over when deputies drove after him.

The vehicle was eventually abandoned on Pinetree Drive, off Bald Ridge Marine Road, and the five people inside ran from the car. FCSO’s K9 Unit and Drone team joined the effort to search for suspects. Three of the five suspects were located separately in the area over the next couple of hours, and a fourth was found at a local business in the morning.
