Film crew caterers charged with drug trafficking identified

Two catering workers were arrested Friday at a Forsyth County high school during the filming of “Freaky Friday the 13th”

CUMMING, Ga. — Two men are being held with no bond after they were caught with a large amount of methamphetamine while working on a movie set at Denmark High School.

35-year-old Edisson Fabian Delgado of Cobb County and 39-year-old Manuel DeJesus Gonzalez from California were working with a catering company on the set of “Freaky Friday the 13th” starring Vince Vaughn.

Delgado, Gonzalez, and another suspect were detained on Friday at 4 pm in the back parking lot of Denmark High school. A tip from another law enforcement agency led the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office to the scene.

A large amount of methamphetamine was found inside the vehicle that Gonzalez was driving. 

Delgado and Gonzalez are being charged with trafficking and possess/manufacture/ distribution of a controlled substance. Gonzalez is facing an additional charge of failure to maintain lane.
