City Council holds town hall meeting to discuss short-term rentals

The issue will be considered Monday, February 25th, during a town hall meeting at the City Annex Auditorium.

EAST POINT, Ga. — City leaders in East Point are discussing the growing trend of residents renting out their homes for short-term rentals, such as Airbnb.

Some are calling for a ban, many feel there should be more regulation, while others don’t think any actions is necessary.

The issue will be considered Monday, February 25th, during a town hall meeting at the City Annex Auditorium.

The meeting is set to begin at 6:30pm.
