East Point Police looking for suspected home intruder

Since May, residents of one neighborhood reported waking to the silhouette of a man in their homes.

EAST POINT, Ga. — East Point Police are asking for help in finding a suspect connected to a string of break-ins in the Heritage Park subdivision that started in May.

The suspect, Jacquez Antonio Walker, is reported to have entered several houses while the homeowners were sleeping. Multiple homeowners said that they woke to see the silhouette of a man watching them.

In both cases, the suspect fled when the homeowners woke.

In at least one case, the suspect appeared to enter through a window, and in most cases, the suspect did not take anything from the homes, according to police.

The 22-year-old Walker is 5'10" tall and weighs approximately 215 pounds.
