ATLANTA — Turning 101 is an amazing accomplishment, so it’s no surprise Pauline Holsey has been celebrating for weeks!
But on Saturday night, the Atlanta Hawks gave this East Point great-grandmother a birthday gift she’ll never forget.
Not only did the team treat Hosley and her family to Saturday’s home game against the Charlotte Hornets, but the arena also serenaded her with the Happy Birthday song.
She also met her favorite Hawks player, Dominique Wilkins.
Holsey's birthday was Jan. 27. She had a birthday party attended by East Point Mayor Deana Holiday Ingraham and nearly 100 others.
