The adoption fees at the animal welfare center are usually $30 for cats and $45 for dogs, plus a $25 mandatory microchip.

With so many animals in need of love, the Gwinnett County Animal Shelter is currently at capacity. Potential pet parents make sure to stop by and check out available pets as well as ask about the fostering program if interested in less of a commitment. Visit the website here.
