DeKalb County Police are investigating after a person was shot at a Lithonia apartment complex in the overnight hours of Friday into Saturday morning.
Few details are available at this time, but investigators say the shooting happened at the Wesley Kensington apartment complex on Kensington Trail. It's not clear how many shots were fired, but police say the person died from their wounds at the scene.
Authorities have not yet released any identifying information of the person killed or why the shooting may have occurred.
