ATLANTA -- Atlanta Police have released new video related to the shooting of a woman at Lenox Square.

Family members said the woman was visiting the mall from South Carolina Wednesday with a man and her 2-year-old son when they were approached by two gunmen. Relatives of the victim said she fought back after the men pointed a gun at the toddler.

The woman was shot once in the stomach and the two gunmen ran away towards Peachtree Street.

The victim was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries. Her family said on Thursday that she was in stable condition but that it could be up to six weeks before she is released from the hospital.

Authorities had previously said that they believe the family may have been targeted because they were seen in a jewelry store at the mall.

On Friday, police released a 40-second video of a man inside the Forever Diamond jewelry store (Watch the video). The man appears to be talking on a cell phone in the video. Authorities said the man is someone they want to speak with who could have information about the shooting.

Police said there could potentially be more than two people involved in the crime.

A reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information in the case. Anyone who may recognize the man in the video, or have more information is asked to call Atlanta Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477).
