ROME, Ga. – A corporal with the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office was involved in a head-on crash in Rome on Monday, police confirmed.
Corporal Jeffrey Black suffered slight bruising to his face after the accident at Marigold Road and Shorter Avenue around 11 a.m.
Floyd County officials said Black is doing well.
