State agents trying to connect the dots between 4 teens and a brutal Ga. murder

One man was killed and a woman injured after a shooting in north Georgia early Tuesday morning. In all, four teenagers have been arrested

FANNIN COUNTY, Ga. -- Two more teenagers have been arrested in connection with a man's murder in north Georgia, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

In the early morning hours Tuesday, a woman called 911 to report that she and another man were shot in the area of Elrod Lane in Morganton - a town in Fannin County.

Deputies responded and found 33-year-old Justin McKinney dead. 35-year-old Anna Franklin was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Franklin's sister told 11Alive's Hope Ford her sister is stable, awake and aware of her surroundings. Her sister said she has been given little information about what happened the night of the shooting and the investigation that followed.

Earlier this week, authorities announced the arrests of two 15-year-olds, Blake Dickey and Hunter Hill. They were charged with murder and housed at the Elbert Shaw Regional Youth Detention Center.

On Friday, the GBI announced the arrests of two more teens in connection with the death. Dalton Levi Manuel, 15, is charged with murder. Lakota Ricky Cloer, 16, is charged with party to the crime of murder.

Both are housed in regional youth detention centers.

Authorities have not released a motive in the murder. It's unclear if the shooting was random or if the teens knew the man they are accused of murdering. The GBI has not released information about how the victims knew each other or the conditions surrounding the shooting.

The Fannin County Sheriff's office added they were assisted at some point by the Fannin County School System.
