ATLANTA -- Atlanta's Ahlers & Ogletree Auction Gallery and Peachtree Battle Estate Sales are offering the estate of Diane Smith McIver and Tex McIver in an upcoming event to be held on-site at their Putnam County ranch in Eatonton, Georgia, in early August.

Buckhead attorney Claud 'Tex' McIver was convicted in the 2016 murder of his wife Diane as she sat in the front passenger seat of an SUV. Tex sat behind her and had a loaded revolver in his lap.
