Three teens killed in crash in Union City

UNION CITY, Ga. -- Three teens were killed when their white SUV collided with a dark colored Sedan.

The crash happened near the intersection of Royal South Parkway and Buffington Round in Union City at 8:15 p.m. Sunday night.

All three victims died on the scene. The Fulton County Medical Examiner identified them as Jerrett, 18 and Jaylen, 16 Mumford and Ibrahim Sankoh, 18 all of College Park.

They each have ties to Benjamin Banneker High School. The two older students graduated in 2016 and Jaylen was a student there until last week when he moved to Westlake High School.

Banneker high has Fulton County School System's Crisis Care Team on campus to help students and staff who need it.

Friends on the scene of the accident said two victims were students at Alabama State University.
