CLAYTON, Ga. — Ellen Harper, 47, was declared missing Thursday morning after police responded to a medical center in Riverdale. 

Officers were told that Ellen Harper, who is diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, jumped from a second floor window in DeKalb County. 

Harper is African American, has black hair in dreadlocks, and has brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a tan shirt and khaki pants, as well as burgundy scrubs. Harper is described as a small woman, at 5"1' and 120 lbs. 

Clayton County police are encouraging anyone with information about Harper's whereabouts to call 770-477-3747.
