Missing teen in north Georgia not seen for days

WALKER COUNTY, Ga. — Deputies in one north Georgia county are hoping the public can help them bring a missing teen home safe.

Walker County Sheriff's Office investigators said Destiny Edwards was last seen on Jan. 3 in the Rock Spring area of the county. She is described as a 17-year-old girl with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who has seen her or may have information on her location is asked to call Detective Pepper Stanfield at 706-638-1909 Ext. 1238.  Tipsters can also call the non-emergency 911 line at 706-375-7810.
