North Georgia police search for teen missing since Wednesday morning

DAWSON COUNTY, Ga. — Authorities in north Georgia are on the lookout for a teenager not seen since Wednesday morning.

The Dawson County Sheriff's Office reports 14-year-old Kordell Dawson was last seen around 8:45 a.m. that day in the area of the Stonehedge subdivision.

He is described as a white male who is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 145 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing red shorts and a gray shirt with "DCMS" written on the front.
