A locally-owned plant nursery chain with several metro Atlanta locations plans to add more than 100 jobs across Georgia and North Carolina, a spokesperson confirmed Monday.
Duluth, Georgia-based Pike Nurseries announced that it is planning to expand its team for the upcoming spring season and will be hiring seasonal associates, cashiers, sales associates, delivery drivers, visual merchandisers and manager trainees across metro Atlanta and Charlotte, North Carolina.
“After 60 years in the business, we’re proud of our growing retail portfolio and the history of longevity with our employees,” CEO Mike Kunce said in a media release.
According to a media release from the company, employee benefits with Pike Nurseries include company stock ownership options, structured training programs, sales incentives, employee discounts, paid vacation and holiday time, company facilities and a comprehensive insurance program.
