ATLANTA — Gov. Brian Kemp, fresh off celebrating a Georgia Bulldogs' national title, is sporting a piece of Dawgs history at his inauguration on Thursday.
The governor is set to stake out his second term with an inaugural address that reportedly includes a promise of pay raises for state school employees and public school teachers.

On his way to the ceremony at Georgia State's Convocation Center Arena, Kemp posted a nod to his Dawgs.
"Proud to be wearing one of Coach Dooley’s ties this morning. We’re headed to @GeorgiaStateU for the swearing-in ceremony!" Kemp tweeted from his personal account.
After taking his oath, Gov. Kemp will head to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where his staff says he will talk about how his conservative governance has promoted economic success.
