Sanders is a special guest speaker for the Todd Starnes Faith & Freedom Celebration.

CLEVELAND, Ga. — A north Georgia university has announced that the immediate past press secretary for Donald Trump and the White House will be its special guest speaker in 2020.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders will speak at the Todd Starnes Faith & Freedom Celebration which will be hosted by Truett McConnell University in White County, Georgia. The event is scheduled for April 18 from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Talking points and other details about the event haven't yet been released.

Sanders, the daughter of former Arkansas governor and presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, joined President Trump's campaign in 2016 and served as the White House press secretary from July 2017 until June 2019. Since that date, Biography.com reports she has become a contributor for the Fox News Channel.

Seats for the Fath & Freedom Celebration will start at $25 for bleacher seats with individual dinners starting at $250 and dinner tables going for $2,000. The funds will go toward the "Empower the Call" scholarship program which, according to the university, is used to assist current students in participation in mission trips, provide retention scholarships and reduce missionary student debt.

Truett McConnell University, according to U.S. News and World Report, is a school of about 3,000 students located in Cleveland, Georgia - a city about 111 miles northeast of Atlanta.
