Woman charged with arson after investigators say she set house on fire

COBB COUNTY, Ga. — A Marietta woman is behind bars after investigators say she purposely set a fire to a Cobb County home last month.

According to the Cobb County Fire Department, 32-year-old Earnica Lowe set a fire inside a home in the 2400 block of Red Barn Road on the morning of June 18.

Fire officials said the fire damage displaced those who lived inside.

As a result of the investigation, officials charged Lowe with one count of felony Arson-Endangerment.

Lowe is currently being held without bond at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center.
