And so it begins.
The Atlanta Braves will begin moving out of Turner Field and into their new home, SunTrust Park.
The Braves played their final game at The Ted Sunday, beating the Detroit Tigers 1-0. But that wasn't the end.
There was a ceremony after the game that included Hank Aaron throwing out the final pitch at Turner Field to former manager Bobby Cox. Aaron and Braves chairman Terry McGuirk removed home plate and transported it on a bus with a police escort from the field to SunTrust Park. The Braves did a parade of "Braves Country" nations, and several key speakers said farewell to the stadium.
Then came the final chop.

Once it was all said and done and the fans had all left, the Braves turned out the lights one final time after a game.
