Top 5 slots in Coaches Poll unchanged; lots of movement below

LSU holds #1; Utah jumps up. Oregon falls way off.

ATLANTA — Georgia maintained its spot on the Amway Coaches Poll this week, along with the other four teams that made up the top five slots in that poll.

The rest of the top 10 teams in that poll did some shuffling around, however.

LSU is still in the top slot after rolling past Arkansas. Ohio State held on to the number 2 spot. With a bye week, Clemson held on to the three slot without a problem.

Georgia and Alabama round out the top five schools in the poll.

Utah jumped up to the six-slot after knocking off Arizona, while Oklahoma landed at number 7 after surviving a big scare by TCU.

Florida rose two spots to number eight, despite having a bye this week.

With solid victories, Minnesota and Baylor climbed into the 9 and 10 spots for the week.
