Georgia and Auburn each rose in the Amway Coaches Poll just six days before they meet for the second time this season, this time in the SEC Championship.

Georgia moved up to No. 6 in the poll after handling rival Georgia Tech at Bobby Dodd Stadium on Saturday.

The Auburn Tigers moved up two spots to No. 4 after defeating former No. 1 Alabama. Alabama dropped four spots to No. 5.

Clemson moved up to No. 1. Oklahoma is No. 2, and undefeated Wisconsin is No. 3. While it may be a preview of what the College Football Playoff Committee's rankings look like when they are released on Tuesday, they will have their work cut out for them next week when they release their final rankings and determine who will be in the playoff.
