Santa helps Herring, Holloman commit to UGA in holiday-themed video

The Georgia Bulldogs picked up two big, local commitments from the Class of 2017.

Malik Herring, a 4-star defensive end from Mary Persons High School, and Jeremiah Holloman, a 3-star receiver from Newton High School, revealed in a video made by SEC Country that they would be signing with the Bulldogs. Recruiting rankings are according to 11Alive Sports partner UGASports.com.

In the video, both guys struggle with their decision on where to sign and decide to write letters to Santa, who will tell them where to sign. Both make it quite clear in their letters that they want to play with "savages."

Later, each one gets a visit from a different Santa who gives them a box, inside are their decisions. The two meet up to find both are wearing Georgia Bulldogs jerseys. Hang on, huge twist at the end: the Santas were Georgia commits Jake Fromm and Richard Lecounte III.

The Bulldogs' Class of 17 ranks No. 3 on Rivals.com. Kirby Smart Tweeted soon after the video was released:
