ATLANTA -- Two Falcons players were named to the 2018 Pro Bowl Roster, the NFL announced on Tuesday.
Wide receiver Julio Jones and center Alex Mack were selected to represent the NFC in the NFL's equivalent to an all-star game.
This is the fourth consecutive Pro Bowl selection for Jones, the fifth in his career. He ranks third in the NFL this season in receiving yards with 1,215 yards. He has three touchdowns.
Mack has proved the Falcons made the right move when acquiring him from the Browns before last season. This will be his third consecutive Pro Bowl selection, the fifth of his career. He has started every game since 2015.
Last season, six Falcons players were selected for the Pro Bowl. However, because the Pro Bowl is played the week before the Super Bowl, none of them were able to participate.
The 2018 Pro Bowl will return to Camping World Stadium in Orlando on Sunday, Jan. 28 at 3 p.m.
