It was worth staying up late to watch.

Curling fans across the country stayed up late to watch the United States men's team win its first gold medal in history. The U.S. beat Sweden 10-7 early Sunday morning.

There were parties of all shapes and sizes in the U.S.

A lot of people were at home. It didn't end until about 4:15 a.m. EST. But that didn't take away any of the excitement.
