Multiple tractor trailer wrecks create headache for drivers in metro Atlanta

Here's how to get around.

ATLANTA — Drivers across metro Atlanta have quite the commute Thursday morning due to three different tractor trailer wrecks creating back-ups.

The first incident is on I-75 southbound, just past Highway 92 where a right lane is blocked. The wreck has created seven miles of backup along the highway.

Drivers are encouraged to use Highway 41 as an alternate.

A second tractor trailer wreck popped up on the I-285 eastbound ramp to I-75 northbound in Cobb County. Delays are pushing down the entire westside perimeter.

Drivers are encouraged to exit at Atlanta Road or South Cobb Drive, and head north to Windy Hill Road, where they can reenter I-75 north.

The third wreck is on Forest Parkway at I-75, creating delays on up from Morrow. The intersection is also closed at this spot.
