It will be hot again on Thursday. After hitting the 90s for the first time this year on Wednesday, we will do it again Thursday.
Most areas will be dry. We will hold on to a slight chance for showers (20%). Any isolated showers that develop will be in the afternoon. Most of us will stay dry.
A ridge of high pressure over us will keep us hot and relatively dry Friday and through the weekend. High temperatures are expected to rise into the low to mid 90s, approaching record highs.
The 90-degree heat is forecast to continue into next week.
