Severe weather rumbles through north Georgia counties

Storms are moving into parts of Georgia in the evening hours of Tuesday. We're tracking the weather as it pops up in various parts of the state.

LIVE UPDATES: 

11 PM | The previous severe thunderstorm warnings have expired.

10:49 PM | A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Banks and Hall counties until 11 p.m.

At 10:49 p.m., severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near War Hill Park to near Gainesville to Raoul, moving southeast at 20 mph.

10:41 PM | A severe thunderstorm warning was issued for Franklin, Habersham, and Stephens counties that expires at 11:30 p.m.

10:39 PM | A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Banks, Dawson, Forsyth, and Hall counties. This will expire at 11 p.m.

The National Weather Service said at 10:35 p.m., severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Silver City to near Murrayville to near Raoul, moving southeast at 20 mph.

10:06 PM | A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Habersham, Rabun, and Stephens counties until 10:45 p.m.

9:59 PM | A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Dawson, Hall, Lumpkin, Towns, Union and White counties until 10:45 p.m.

9:30 PM | A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Dawson, Fannin, Gilmer, Lumpkin, Pickens, Towns, Union, and White counties until 10 p.m.

9:01 PM | A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Fannin, Gilmer, Towns, and Union counties until 9:30 p.m.

At 9 p.m. severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Mountaintown to Dial to near Gumlog, moving east at 15 mph. 

8:56 PM | A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Catoosa and Whitfield counties. It expires at 9:30 p.m.

At 8:52 p.m., a severe thunderstorm was located over Ringgold, moving east at 20 mph.

8:55 PM | The severe thunderstorm warning for Fannin and Union counties has been canceled.

8:25 PM | A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Fannin and Union counties. It expires at 9:15 p.m.

At 8:22 p.m., a severe thunderstorm was located near Hot House, or near Ducktown, moving southeast at 20 mph.
