ATLANTA — In December, Whole Foods opened two of the company's smaller "more affordable" 365 concept stores in Atlanta -- one in Decatur and one in Buckhead -- but they will be the Amazon subsidiary's last.
A report from Yahoo Finance, said it has reviewed an internal email from Whole Foods CEO John Mackey, says Whole Foods is stopping the 365 expansion.

Mackey's memo cited lower costs for its core Whole Foods stores overall since the company's acquisition by Amazon. The move eliminates the need for the "more affordable" 365 store concept.
The 12 existing Whole Foods 365 stores -- including the two new Atlanta stores -- will remain open.
The Whole Foods 365 Market in Buckhead is located at 3535 Northside Parkway, NW. The Decatur Whole Foods 365 Market is at 1555 Church Street in Decatur.
