Sexual assaults continued for two years after little girl's outcry to officials
An investigation was opened in 2016 after the 10-year-old told school officials about her mother's boyfriend continuously sexually assaulting her. It took two years for them to arrest her rapist. In that time he was able to keep assaulting her under her mother's watch.
