MLK Center marks the 400 anniversary of slavery with bell ringing ceremony
Volunteers rang bells beginning at at 3:00 p.m. Aug. 25, 2019, joining other simultaneous ceremonies across the country. The bells rang for four minutes, one minute marking each century.
