Cobb County DA says he would uphold Georgia's anti-abortion law
Cobb County district attorney John Melvin said that he would "absolutely not" prosecute women for seeking an abortion, but said he would take other cases as they come as it pertains to doctors, nurses and others held liable under Georgia's "heartbeat" legislation.
