ATLANTA- A minor legal victory tonight for the widow in the Dunwoody Daycare murder.
A judge has ruled that a third party guardian to represent Andrea Sneiderman's children is not necessary.
Andrea Sneiderman has been embroiled in a visitation lawsuit with her murdered husband's parents.
Hemy Neuman was convicted earlier this year of murdering Rusty Sneiderman in November of 2010.
Rusty's parents have publicly accused Andrea of being involved in her husband's murder.
The judge ruled that a guardian ad litem was not necessary in the case.
