Police said he attempted to rob a Georgia Tech student and then pointed what they believed was a gun at another down the street.
Now Marco Andrews is under arrest for the failed robbery at North Avenue and Tech Parkway. He now faces charges of robbery, attempted armed robbery and theft by receiving stolen property.
During the course of the investigation, he was also linked to the illegal entry into a vehicle - a case under investigation by the Atlanta Police Department.
