ATLANTA — All lanes of Interstate 20 westbound past Fulton Industrial Boulevard are closed after a tractor-trailer appeared to catch fire Tuesday evening.
Black smoke could be seen billowing into the air on a Georgia Department of Transportation camera as cars remained backed up on the interstate.

According to GDOT cameras, delays stretch back a few miles.
