Milo Ventimiglia from the NBC series, "This Is Us" made an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show and did more than just talk about the show's fall finale.
Ventimiglia flexed his muscles and did push-ups with Ellen on his back.
Ventimiglia got a chance to talk about his article in People's Sexiest Man Alive issue and a scene from the "This Is Us" fall finale.
The "This Is Us" actor then explained how a scene from the show inspired him to put some of his co-actors on his back while he did push-ups, leading Ellen to say, "Wow, I'd love to get on your back while you're doing a push-up."
Ventimiglia did several push-ups with ease, then Ellen suggested she should try it with him on her back. Ellen did two full push-ups with the help of her fit partner.
