ATLANTA — The Atlanta Botanical Gardens is basking in the glow of victory as they proudly announce their triumph as the heavyweight champions of "The Great Christmas Light Fight."
An announcement was posted on their Facebook page, expressing gratitude to their guests, members and the entire Atlanta community for contributing to their success on the ABC program.
The decorating competition series, now in its 11th season, features America's most brilliantly illuminated homes, with celebrity judges and Christmas décor connoisseurs, including lifestyle expert Carter Oosterhouse and renowned interior designer Taniya Nayak.
Each episode of the "lit" series takes viewers on a festive journey across the nation, showcasing the most elaborate and awe-inspiring holiday displays. Four displays face off in each one-hour episode, vying for a $50,000 prize.
Tickets for the Atlanta Botanical Garden show are sold out for Friday night - but people can catch the display through Jan. 14.
