Vehicle used in deadly home invasion sought by police

A mas was shot to death in front of his wife and daughter on Sunday.

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Police have released a photo of a vehicle they believe was used in a deadly weekend home invasion in Lawrenceville.

Police said two armed men wearing construction-like attire broke into the Scholar Drive residence and tied up Miguel Osorio, 44, and his wife and daughter. Osorio was shot by the men, according to police, when he broke free.

Both suspects fled the scene, firing additional shots toward the house, but no one else was injured.

The vehicle is described as a champagne-color Chevrolet Tahoe, believed to be model year 2000 - 2006.

Police do not believe this is a gang-related shooting, nor have they ruled out that it was a random incident.

The only descriptions police have so far are two black males in construction-like clothing. Police said the two surviving victims are cooperating. The family, police said, have only lived in the house for past month.
