Rap legend Killer Mike announces 'Down by Law' tour with Atlanta stop

Atlanta's very own music icon will be coming back to the ATL to perform at State Farm Arena on June 22.

ATLANTA — After his latest album snagged him a GRAMMY, Killer Mike is showing the world he is unstoppable after announcing a tour.

Atlanta's very own music icon will be coming back to the ATL to perform at State Farm Arena on June 22.

The stop is a part of his "Down by Law" tour, which he announced on his Instagram on Thursday. He also announced the show will feature his choir, The Midnight Revival.

For his Atlanta stop, he will perform at the Hot 107.9 Birthday Bash with other rappers, including Latto, Boosie Badazz, and others.

The show will begin at 7 p.m.

His tour comes after his latest three-time GRAMMY win sweep in February for his album titled "Michael."

He won the Grammy for Best Rap Album ("Michael"), Best Rap Song ("SCIENTISTS & ENGINEERS") and Best Rap Performance for the same song, which features Future, André 3000 and Eryn Allen Kane.

Shortly after winning the categories, he was pulled out of the award show in handcuffs. Police detained him for what they called a "physical altercation."

After the arrest, he brushed it off his shoulders and celebrated his win with high hopes. Now, with his tour announcement, he's showing that he is unstoppable.

Tickets are available on sale on Ticketmaster now.
