GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — It's a Halloween costume showdown at the Gwinnett County Police Department, and officers want to know who is winning the show. Many residents will be dressed up in their favorite costumes for the holiday, but what about these adorable K-9s?

The department dressed their K-9 officers in costumes on Tuesday as they posed for the cameras on the X platform, formerly known as Twitter.

Police are now asking the public to ask who won the best costume this year.

First, there is K-9 Darko, reporting for duty as the infamous creepy Chucky doll.

Next in line is K-9 Nitro, dressed up ironically as a prisoner.

K-9 Mako made an appearance as a shark. The department joked in their post, saying, "Get it? Mako shark?" for the K-9's costume.

Lastly, dressed up as a bee, or for Georgia Tech lovers, a yellow jacket is K-9 Fett.

To check out all of the K-9s' costumes, look at the photos below.

These show stoppers will be on duty all day, and police want you to vote on which K-9 officer had the best costume for the spooky day. Those who would like to vote can do so by replying to the thread on X here.
