As everyone gets into the Back-To-School mindset, one of the first things that folks are looking for are supplies for their students as they head off to school.
Rather than waiting until the First Day of School, many parents want to get a jump on the lines and get their supply closets stocked before school starts.

Students in each grade have different types of supplies they need, based on the work in each classroom. The teachers have their preferences, but here's a general listing separated by grade.
This list is collated from several schools' existing lists and is meant as a starting point. Your own list may need to vary upward or downward, depending on your school, the number of little ones you are shopping for, the requirements your school may have and your own personal preferences.
- 3 boxes of #2 pencils
- 4 small glue sticks
- 1 box of tissues
- 6 dry erase markers
- 4 fat pink erasers
- 4 assorted color highlighters
- 1 box of colored pencils
- 1 box of thin, washable Crayola markers
- 1 pair of pointy student scissors
- 5 solid color, single-subject, 70-sheet, Wide Ruled spiral notebooks (ideally in five different colors - they'll be used, one color per subject)
- 2 packs of white copy paper
- 6 composition notebooks, Wide Ruled
- 1 pair of earbuds - for computer use
- 1 - 16GB thumb drive (This is about the point that your little ones will start asking to use your computer to do homework. They'll need that thumb drive to save it and take it to school.)
- 6 twin-pocket folders with prongs for inserting loose-leaf papers
- 6 twin-pocket folders without prongs
- 3 loose-leaf notebooks
- 3 packs of Wide Ruled, lined notebook paper
