DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. — Two teens suffered gunshot wounds when shots were fired during a fight at a Douglasville neighborhood swimming pool, police say.

Detectives with the Douglasville Police Department have determined the incident, that occurred Tuesday at the Sweetwater subdivision, is a result of an ongoing dispute between "at least 10 individuals who are all acquaintances."

Police say the suspects involved met at around 5 p.m. in order to fight, and ended when one person pulled a handgun and fired several times.

The two individuals shot are both 16-year-old males who have been treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police confirmed.

Detectives have already identified many of the suspects and are working to identify those remaining. The investigation is ongoing.
